Global Alignment with Marked TMSs

Description: This program will mark your TMSs on a global alignment. TMS prediction is carryed out by HMMTOP. Due to the licensing restrictions of HMMTOP only academic usage is allowed. We will soon provide add an alternative TMS prediction program that commercial sites may use.
