Multiple Sequence Alignment with Marked TMSs

Description: This program will mark your TMSs in a multiple sequence alignment. you are limited to 30 sequences. TMS prediction is carryed out by HMMTOP. Due to the licensing restrictions of HMMTOP only academic usage is allowed. We will soon provide an alternative TMS prediction program that commercial sites may use.
