1.D.26 The Dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9'-O-β-D-glucoside (DDDC9G) Family
Dihydrodehydrodiconiferyl alcohol 9'-O-β-D-glucoside (DDDC9G) has antifungal activity. Choi et al. (2012) showed that DDDC9G perturbed the fungal plasma membrane and induced membrane-depolarization. The antifungal effects of DDDC9G upon the fungal plasma membrane were through the formation of pores with radii between 0.74nm and 1.4nm.
