1.M.6 The Caulobacter Phage Putative Spanin 6 (Spanin6) Family 

The two proteins that comprise this family include an inner membrane and an outer membrane spanin component. Both have been identified and shown to be shared by several Caulobacter phage. However, only the larger of these two proteins (130 - 160 aas with1 or 2 N-terminal TMSs) are included in this family.
