The founding member of this family is Putative phage spanin Rz of Campylobacter jejuni subsp. jejuni (Uni Prot acc# D2MYC2). It is of 155 aas with 1 N-terminal TMS. Other members of this family in TCDB are of about the same size with a single N-terminal TMS.
