SusC is 1.B.14.6.1; SusD is 1.B.38.1.10; SusE is 1.B.38.4.1, and SusF is 1.B.38.4.2. They form a complex for the hydrolysis of starch (amylose) and the uptake of maltooligosaccharides into the periplasm of the cell (Foley et al. 2018).
