1.E.50 The β-Proteobacterial Holin (BP-Hol) Family The small BP-Hol Family includes members dervied from a number of Burkholderia phage as well as a Poloromonas species. These proteins are of 60 - 110 aas and have 1 or 2 TMSs. Some are annotated as type II hollins and may be related to members of 1.E.6.
This family belongs to the Holin II Superfamily .
