9.B.162 The Putative Propionibacterium Outer Membrane Porin C (PP-OmpC) Family

The PP-OmpC Family consists of a few closely related proteins found in the NCBI and UniProt databases, all small proteins from Propeionibacteria.  They are annotated as outer membrane porins.  They are not demonstrably homologous to other proteins in the databases.  A publication describing these proteins was not found.  Their characterization as porins is therefore uncertain.
