9.B.221. The 5 TMS YgjV (YgjV) Family
The YgjV family of unknown function consists of numerous proteins including the E. coli YgjV protein of 5 established TMSs (Drew et al. 2002). It may be distantly related to a viral protein of 290 aas and 7 - 9 TMSs (TC# 9.B.221.3.1).
