9.B.288.  The Uncharacterized (400 - 500 aas and 8 TMSs in a 2 + 3 + 2 arrangement) (UAr8) Family 

The proteins of the UAr8 family are found in archaea and bacteria. They are of about 400 - 500 aas and have 8 TMSs in a 2 (N-terminal) + 3 (middle) + 2 (C-terminal) arrangement, streaching throughout the majority of the proteins.
