9.B.144 The DUF3367 (DUF3367) Family
This family, of unknown function, consists of large proteins of greater than 500 aas with more than 12 TMSs. The family is of relatively moderate size, having representation in a limited number of bacterial and archaeal phyla. It may be a family of glycosyltransferases related to the known glycosyl transferase of family 9.B.142, but it may also be a family of peptidases related to 9.B.252.3.
